Ashley Parriott has a BA in Communication from Vanderbilt University and a Masters Degree in Social Administration from Bellarmine College. She received her Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. As an athlete, wife and busy mom of 3, Ashley enjoys the benefits daily from healthy food and lifestyle choices. Having competed in a variety of sports since the age of 7, she has learned first hand the significant impact good nutrition can have on performance.
